TONY CERRATO, executive chef and owner, began his culinary education at a young age and in 1988 opened Cerrato's Pastry Shop in West Springfield. Cerrato's has been awarded numerous culinary and communiity awards. It was featured in 2008 as Yankee Magazine's Editor's Choice, and received the 2007 Leadership award from the prestigious "Baking" magazine. In 2012 Cerrato's was honored to receive "the Knot" "Best of Wedding", and in 2014, "The Republican's" "Reader Raves - Best Bakery" award.
