To place your order simply follow a few easy steps:
- DO NOT email orders or credit card information directly to our order center!
- Select your item(s) from the choices in our online shopping cart only.
- You will be asked to register on the site, if not already registered.
- Check out to submit your order.
- Complete payment through PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay through your credit card or to use your PayPal account.
- Cerrato’s Pastry Shop uses the USPS for all shipments with cost based on current USPS rates. Cerrato’s ships fresh to anywhere in the Continental USA. Shipping methods & pricing are subject to change.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes.
- We ship USPS. Shipping is by 2-3 day priority mail. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped next business day, and after preparation. Please allow extra time for preparation and handling. Call for RUSH orders, and/or you require more detailed information. Phone 413-781-1139.
- We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses or if recipient is not available at time of delivery.
Guarantees, Contact & Privacy
- Cerrato’s Pastry Shop guarantees product satisfaction. All returns and damaged goods must be sent back in its original packaging for any claims adjustment. Refunds for damaged goods will be issued in the form of exchange.
- Holidays at Cerrato’s Pastry Shop are very busy. Please place orders well in advance to insure timely delivery.
